Apprenticeship Success

We are delighted that our first printing apprentice has recently completed his qualifications and become a permanent member of the team here at Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Bury.

In conjunction with Bury College, Dean Hilton has attained his Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Manufacturing Operations and Award in Industrial Environment Awareness.  He has also attained a Distinction with the European Flexographic Industry Association Academy, which provides specialist training for flexographic printers.

Dean is the first employee to complete his apprenticeship and we have another two print apprentices in the business currently working towards their qualifications.

Our apprenticeship programme is testament to our belief in training and investing in our staff so that they have the advanced skills and knowledge required to fulfil their roles and advance their careers.  We are firmly committed to offering learning opportunities to all our staff and look forward to welcoming more apprentices in the future.
