Nurturing future shrink sleeves innovators
Nurturing future shrink sleeves innovators
Innovation in packaging come from looking at things differently.  We nurture and encourage this in both our pre-cut lids and decorative shrink sleeves businesses.

Part of this comes through ensuring that new recruits are steadily introduced to the packaging industry.

Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Bury established an apprenticeship with Bury College in 2013 and it is with great pleasure that the business can announce that Dean Hilton has successfully completed his first year of the scheme.

Dean qualified with a BTEC in Manufacturing through working within the business and building expertise in printing lids and shrink sleeve packaging.  He now commences an EFIA print course and will start a BTEC in Business Improvement Techniques.  Once Dean completes the two year scheme he will have a full time job as part of the team and will help to deliver high quality printed shrink sleeves and printed lids for a range of blue chip customers.

Hot on the heels of Dean’s success is Sam Hayes who set out on his journey only two weeks ago.

Congratulations go to Dean and a big welcome to Sam!
